We are responsive, striving for same-day service when at all possible, especially in emergencies. Furthermore, when you are facing an emergency, you may call our phone number 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. You will be answered by a REAL PERSON who is a skilled Burkett technician. In many cases, we are able to provide simple advice over the phone. Our GPS capability ensures that we carefully track and coordinate our technicians’ activities so that their services and needed parts can be efficiently delivered to your location.
Fair Fees
Unlike many other HVACR companies, we do NOT use flat rates based on averages that can cost you money unnecessarily for service you don’t need. Instead, our service call fee is just $80 (Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm prescheduled). We quickly hone in on the problem and charge for time and materials only.
We offer 24 hour service! Please be aware that after hours, weekends, and holidays our fees per service call and hour are higher – you still receive the per hour fees and materials as opposed to “Book Pricing” where all the rates are set per repair type.
